WHAT IS ECU REMAPPING?

The engine in all modern vehicles is controlled electronically by an Engine Control Unit (ECU), which is constantly processing information received from a multitude of sensors on your engine. Fuelling, ignition timing, boost if applicable, torque values, and more are all calibrated within the ECU. Together with the sensor information the relevant tables, or ‘maps’, are used to keep the engine running at optimal performance. With our software we can make modifications to the ECU producing more power (BHP and Torque) and to use less fuel or give you a blend of both for economy.

WHAT IS AN OXY/HYDROGEN CARBON CLEAN?

Hydrogen has been around for a long time. Did you know that Hydrogen is the most common chemical element in the Universe? With the use of our cutting-edge cleaning technology using a measured amount of Potassium Hydroxide, our machine uses electrolysis to split water molecules into composite elements of oxygen and hydrogen to produce oxyhydrogen (HHO). We feed a pipe through your air intake (Air Filter) and harmlessly remove the build-up of carbon layers which occur from the combustion process within your engine. This is broken down and expelled out via your exhaust system. This is non-invasive and causes no harm to your engine or the environment.

WHAT IS A DPF CLEAN?

Our powerful, state-of-the-art DPF Machine works by combining water, air and specialist agents to wash the filter and remove virtually 98% of soot and ash. This restores your filter to virtually new condition.

We will only remove your DPF when the following have failed:

​

• Forced Regeneration – This type of cleaning is used by a maintenance process which is built into the vehicle’s manufacturer specifics. This can only be started by access to the vehicles management systems using diagnostic equipment.

• Passive Regeneration – This takes place automatically when on a motorway type run when the exhaust temperature is high. Every 300 miles or so this will automatically happen. It uses the heat of the exhaust from the engine known as passive systems.

​​

• Active Regeneration – This is when your DPF is not able to regenerate without using an additional heat source to burn off the excess soot and ash. At this stage your vehicle’s dashboard DPF symbols light up as the soot and ash levels have reached an unsatisfactory level over 45%.

HOW DOES AN AUTOWATCH GHOST II IMOBILLISER WORK?

This is installed by connecting to your vehicle’s Can-Bus system, the device immobilises the engine by communicating with the ECU and can only be deactivated by entering a unique PIN code.
